Tony Martin's Burglar gets Paid by the BBC
Brendan Fearon, who was wounded in the shooting after breaking into Martin's Norfolk home, was paid £4,500 by the BBC to appear in The Tony Martin Story.
News of the payment sparked outrage, and prompted the BBC to reconsider . . .

Fearon should still be in jail, and if they only tried him for burglary, they missed a bet...he brought, persuaded, or permitted a juvenile to accompany him on a felony criminal enterprise ...in which said juvenile died, a forseeable possible outcome. Should Fearon not be considered at least accessory to the manslaughter of his partner in crime? Is it not a crime to endager a minor, or contribute to the delinquency as well? Another crime was convicting Tony Martin for defending himself.
those are only crimes in the US, idiot.
You won't get any argument from me on whether these things should be crimes, and if they are, that Fearon would have been in trouble. Whether they are crimes in Britain, the second post might be correct.
