"Death to America...and Israel"
Bush intervened in the Middle East (he was only supposed to go to Afghanistan.) His predecessors had been meddling for decades. After the start of the Iraqi invasion the newsmedia warned the public that Bush was a genius and would bring democracy to the rest of the world.
If I were Israel I would continue to defend my country; actually the only time I go to war (and the only time my kid is to join the military) is if we are attacked here (HERE!). So I have little to say to a country consumed on defending itself from attack from every direction except the sea.
Is it ugly ? That's why it's bad when the US government meddles.
Our worst enemy (and the worst to other peoples too) is our own government.
