UN Double Standard on Israel

Didn't Hezbollah just attack Israeli positions in Lebanon multiple times soon after the cease-fire started? Where was Annan saying that was

It's not only the UN that imposes a double standard on Israel - it's people all over the world including Bush and Rice.

Everyone complains about Israel bombing Lebanon, but it's different what the US does to Iraq. And the truth is Israel has more justification to bomb Lebanon than the US has to occupy Iraq and create all the misery and destruction there.
